Startup Foundations
Startup Foundations is a six-month group coaching program designed for physicians who want to confidently launch their own pediatric Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. Led by Dr. Marina Capella—an experienced DPC pioneer, educator, and entrepreneur—the course combines practical business strategy with mindset coaching to guide participants through every stage of planning a successful practice. Through biweekly sessions, guided exercises, and one-on-one coaching, physicians develop key elements like vision, finances, branding, operations, marketing, and sustainable boundaries. By the end of the program, participants will have a completed business plan and the clarity needed to turn their DPC vision into reality.
Awakening Your Healer's Soul
Awakening Your Healer’s Soul is a 12-month coaching journey designed for physicians who feel called to reconnect with the deeper purpose that first led them into medicine. Through monthly group sessions, reflective readings, and integrative exercises, participants explore themes like the wounded healer, intuition in clinical care, personal boundaries, and authentic leadership. Rather than focusing on productivity or practice management, this program invites physicians to do the inner work that allows them to practice medicine with greater meaning, alignment, and resilience. If you sense there is more to your role than simply surviving the system, this experience offers a path back to the healer within.
