Book One-On-One Help with the Experts at DPC Pediatrician

Marina Capella, MD, M.Ed

Marina Capella, MD, M.Ed, MBA, FAAP, FABOIM, is a direct primary care pediatrician, entrepreneur, and physician coach based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is the founder of Healing Arts Pediatrics, an integrative DPC practice she launched in 2021 that has grown into a thriving, million-dollar business with a growing team and a privately-owned building.

With a background that spans clinical excellence and business strategy—including dual board certification in pediatrics and integrative medicine, a Master’s in Education, and an MBA—Dr. Capella brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world execution. She has trained at Stanford, Harvard, and UCLA, but her greatest expertise comes from building a successful, values-aligned practice from the ground up.

Her approach to consulting goes far beyond checklists and startup logistics. While she absolutely helps physicians navigate the nuts and bolts of launching and scaling a DPC practice—pricing, panels, services, operations, and growth—her true superpower lies in helping physicians uncover what they actually want.

Having done her own deep work around burnout, overgiving, and undervaluing her worth, Dr. Capella helps other pediatricians break out of those same patterns. She guides her clients to build practices (and lives) that are financially sustainable, deeply fulfilling, and aligned with their unique strengths.

Whether you’re just exploring DPC or looking to scale and evolve your existing practice, Dr. Capella offers both the strategy and the mindset work needed to help you not just succeed—but truly thrive.

Phil Boucher, MD

Phil Boucher is a DPC pediatrician in Lincoln, Nebraska. He started his practice, Frontier Pediatrics, in 2021 and grew to over 500 members in under two years through intentional in-person and online marketing strategies.

He helps pediatricians who want to start or grow their practice to create a marketing plan that works for their time, energy, and specific areas of passion. He practices what he preaches and tries all of his marketing strategies in his local community so busy pediatricians don’t have to create the playbook themselves. He also loves helping busy pediatricians reclaim their time and energy through automation and delegation strategies.

I’m here to help you reach your goals, so consulting will begin with exploring and clarifying your personal and business goals. It will then hone in on breaking down your goals into smaller action steps so that you can start to make progress without feeling overwhelmed.

Not at all! I believe that YOU are the best judge of how much guidance you need, so you can purchase as little as one hour of consulting or plan for one hour a week of consulting — whatever suits your needs and preferences best. I’m here to offer guidance, support, and/or accountability based on your unique circumstances.

Group consulting is typically held on alternating Tuesday afternoons and evenings to make it as accessible as possible to all group attendees. Group sessions will be recorded and made available to active group consulting participants. You will retain access to the group sessions for one month after you discontinue your group consulting subscription.

If you’re not satisfied, we offer refunds on any UNUSED one-on-one consulting hours. We are not able to refund group consulting payments but you are welcome to cancel at any time.
