By clicking “I Agree,” on the Enrollment form for the DPC Job Listing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions governing the purchase and use of job listings on this website. The job listing service is offered at a cost of $100 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance to the payment method provided at checkout, and will remain active until canceled. You may cancel at any time with two business days notice, and cancellation will stop future billing; however, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any portion of a month already billed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your job listing content, including adherence to all applicable employment, labor, and anti-discrimination laws. All job listings must include a job description of no more than 500 words and must not contain false, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content, or promote scams or non-legitimate employment opportunities. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without refund. We do not guarantee applicant responses, interviews, or successful hires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use of this service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms, which are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which our business operates.
